Job Opening Season

Hi there friends. I'm coming back again after disappearance for two years. It's still raining quite often in Chachoengsao, Thailand where I'm living now. Anyway at the end of this month(September) the winter breeze usually blows throughout the country. I love this time a lot since the waterfalls and streams are flowing, the sky is blue so the sea is bright blue and clear. The winter is just starting. Everywhere in Thailand is beautiful.

Songkran Festival - Former Thai New Year

Hi there! Songkran's coming again. In the past, Thai people celebrated the hottest time of the year by going to temples, giving alms to monks, meditating, chanting, watering the Buddha and the respects' hands with blessing. Finally they enjoyed themselves with playing music, singing, dancing and splashing one another with water.

Songkran has been developing itself along with the changes of folkways, norms, cultures and globalization. See Songkran nowadays:

Don't be pessimistic. Actually Songkran now isn't too sexy. Those pictures are rare but on the other hand highlighted the festival.
Songkran is coming soon. Don't miss the most fun time of the year in Thailand.
Teaching jobs are coming too. Most of them are in central and eastern Thailand. Salary: 30,000 THB/month (native English speakers) and 17,000-20,000 THB/month (non-native English speakers). Teaching 20-22 hours/week. Contract is 10-12 months and extendable . Accommodation is up to the individual school, let's say mostly not provided. House rent: 2,000-5,000 THB/month (depending on location and facilities). If you've got BA/BSc in any field, TEFL/TESOL certificate (for those who aren't majored in Education) and TOEIC result to certify your English competency for non-NES, please submit your resume to koonyui@gmail.com and we'll chat about the jobs in details. It should have been cold in Thailand now since this is November. Maybe in a few more days I think. They said it would be long cold winter this year. Let's wait and see. This is the best time of the year in my opinion because it's between rainy season and winter. You can go to waterfalls and enjoy the green scenery or have fun in the blue sea and white beach. It's high season for foreigners' tourism. Even Thai people can't help enjoying the excursion on weekends. Come and prove with your own eyes.

Another popular destination in Winter is Phu Kradueng National Park, Loei. The goal is to hike up to the summit and conquer the distance of 1,325 meters above sea level. Have you ever been there? \(★´−`)人(´▽`★)/ http://bit.ly/Sbeqbw

Back to school soon!

Hi there!

You  may know that we, all Thai people, are in mourning period due to our King's death. I used to serve for the Royal Thai Army for a while. I've been listening to the songs written by HM. the King since I was young. There are three of them that I love to play with my harmonica. Their melodies and lyrics are beautiful. I share it with you below. The King is still in my heart.

Thai schools are opening soon. I'm looking for 3 English teachers and a Science teacher. The schools are in central and eastern Thailand. Please email me at: koonyui@gmail.com. Bye.

Job Now

Rainy season this year in Thailand is very fine. Although the just passed summer in April was so hot, the rain now help us feel refresh and more heat resistant. I'm glad to see green bushes and trees around me once again. Come to Thailand to enjoy teaching young kids and have fun excursion on weekends as other foreigners do. I'm now renovating my house in Phanat Nikhom, Chonburi where I will use it to welcome the brand new comers from all over the world. Have you ever seen the typical Thai house with half concrete and half wood? My hometown's got 1st LDI Awards from
Local Development Institute (http://www.nmt.or.th/chonburi/phanatmuni/Lists/1/AllItems.aspx),
in term of safety, cleanness, life quality, good governance and culture. This means it's the most worth living town in Thailand. Visit my house and stay for free until you've got the job. I think it's not longer than 2 weeks since I have lots of connections with schools. See you soon. Bye with this song: Imagine.
